He currently holds a full time engineering position in Fort Worth, TX and he holds a Texas Real Estate License He currently handles marketing, accounting, & acquisitions at PREAM Homes. Aside from work, Robert enjoys spending his time outdoors with his family.

Dameon Burcie currently serves as a Fire Captain at the Dallas Fire Department. Dameon focused in on real estate investing in 2017. He currently handles most of the renovations, customer and vendor relations at PREAM Homes . Dameon is a family man and enjoys spending his time with his wife and 2 boys when away from the fire house and real estate.

Justin Treaster has been a real estate investor for over 14 years. From hands-on to project management, from flips to buy and hold. He holds a Texas Real Estate License and handles growth and dispositions for PREAM Homes. Justin enjoys spending time with his family, grilling and cycling.
